		<description>Sorry I missed your question and didn&#039;t reply earlier. You can absolutley cook this in the oven. Thanks to the brine, you don&#039;t have to worry about it drying out if cooked quick (higher temp) but you can dry it out by over cooking it. Try 350F for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours but honestly it all depends on the size of your pork loin. You can cut into the center to check if it is done (no blood at the center) but you will lose precious moisture. So you really will need a thermometer to know for sure when it&#039;s done.</description>
