Hopefully you will enjoy all of the recipes here at Chili Cheese Fries. Many of them are either adaptations through experimentation of common or classic dishes or my own creations. I like to experiment and develop unique recipes but for every good recipe, there are probably two disasters. But you will never see or hear about those, only the best are blog worthy.

The measurements are in these recipes are approximates in most cases as I rarely technically measure anything when I cook. So if something seems a little out of whack or a bit off with any of the measurements, just use your own taste buds or common sense. Plus feel free to leave a comment on any adjustments you make.
